Shipping Information

We ship all our orders using Auspost or you have the option to pick up your order from our store. Standard shipping times are dependant on your time of order and receiving address. Please note that we don’t ship internationally.

Shipping costs: 

  • Flat rate $10
  • Retail orders over $50 receive free standard shipping.

How long will it take to be delivered?

It’s our goal to have your order to you within 3 business days of receiving your order, hopefully sooner. We rely on the help of others to get your order to you and can’t be held responsible if they let us down. Please contact us through the website quoting your order number if you have not received your order within 7 business days.

We strive to provide you with fresh coffee. This means orders placed after our roast days are subject to availability. We will contact you if we are unable to fulfil your order in the week it has been placed. Where this is the case, your order will be dispatched early in the following week.

  1. Should you wish to pick your coffee up personally, please select the “pick up” option at the checkout. Collection is from our store in Central Wollongong.
  2. Delivery costs are quoted for destinations within Australia.
  3. By accepting our terms, you agree that if no one is home, the item may be left at your door, unattended.
  4. Runner Duck Coffee cannot be held responsible for orders left unattended.
  5. If you have a question, please send them via our “contact us” form, before completing your order.

If we contact you

Every order you place will generate an e-mail confirmation. You will also receive a final email confirming the dispatch of your coffee order. We will also get in touch with you (via phone or email) if we anticipate any delays with your order or if we are unexpectedly out of stock of a particular item. We also periodically send out an email newsletter. If you would like to receive our newsletter, please "opt in" to our mailing list by completing the form located in the footer of the shop or homepage.

How long will my order take to ship?

  • For Sydney Metro, orders should arrive within 1-2 days of shipping
  • For Brisbane, Canberra, Adelaide and Melbourne, orders should arrive within 1-3 days of shipping
  • For all other destinations, orders should arrive within 1-5 days of shipping

How do I change my order or shipping information?

Please contact us immediately if you require any order or shipping details to be amended. We will try our best to accomodate any amendments. However, we cannot guarantee that updates can be processed, as this is dependant on the stage of despatch your order is in. You can contact us via email ( or by calling 02 4229 5579.

Can I return or exchange my order?

If in the event your purchase is faulty, damaged, wrongly described or breaches a consumer guarantee we will happily exchange the product upon presentation of your proof of purchase.

Due to the many variables in the coffee making process, we cannot guarantee that our pre ground coffee will suit your technique or equipment. We encourage everyone to grind fresh on their own grinder, as we don't take returns on pre ground coffee.

Your Privacy

We do not collect personal or business information on visitors to, unless it is voluntarily provided. As such we will not sell, trade, rent, or give individually identifying information to third parties. We use the personal information collected from you in the order process to help us deliver your order, to contact you about your order if we have questions, and to improve our site to serve you better.
