An introduction to working on a commercial espresso machine in a cafe environment. You’ll be shown different types of equipment, how it all works, and its importance to the finished product. A ‘hands on’ session to start you off on your barista career.
Best for those looking to crack their first cafe job, or to revisit the basics of making great coffee. To maximise the benefits of this training you should have access to an espresso machine for ongoing practice. Students must be over 16 years of age.
